FIfth Avenue Apartment, Manhattan

A complete renovation of a prewar cooperative apartment overlooking Fifth Avenue in Manhattan, developed from the earliest planning stages through detailed construction documentation. The design balances contemporary living with the constraints of an existing luxury residential building, requiring close coordination with building management, consultants, and owner-selected finishes. BIM modeling, interior visualization, detailed schedules, and permit drawings allowed design decisions to be refined before construction. The project illustrates the integration of apartment renovation design, regulatory coordination, and comprehensive construction documentation.
